NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

New Covenant Christian School may exercise a preference in terms of gender in order to achieve more diversity.

Note:
  • The above tuition covers materials and books, which will be supplied by the school.
  • Parents can receive a 3% discount by paying the year's tuition in full by July 20.
  • Otherwise, parents can make 10 monthly payments through the FACTS Tuition Service
  • Field trips and other educational activities will require some additional expense.
  • Students in Grades 6-9 will need to pay an additional book fee for literature books.

    Registration Fee: $100
    Admissions Testing Fee: $75

     

    Admissions Process

    Step One: Come and Visit Us!

    You are welcome to come and visit us any time.  Just call ahead and let us know when you would like to come.

    Step Two: Complete a Registration Packet

    By completing a registration packet, you will officially be added to our registration list for the coming school year.  You will then be notified and offered the opportunity to be tested when openings become available.

    Step Three: Admissions Testing

    All prospective students are tested academically.  At the same time, we will request records/transcripts from the student’s current school.  Testing will be conducted at the school and will take about an hour.  When you come for testing, you will pay a $75 testing fee and a $100 registration fee.

    Step Four: Parent and Student Interview

    An interview will be scheduled between the administrator and both parents.    The interview will take place at the school and takes up to an hour.

    Step Five: Notification

    We will notify you in writing of our decision regarding your student within a few weeks of the parent interview.

    Step Six: Enrollment Paperwork

    Along with your acceptance letter, you will receive enrollment paperwork.  Once we receive this completed enrollment paperwork, your student will officially be enrolled in NCCS. 

    The Cost of a New Covenant Education

    Tuition:

    Pre-K 3’s (2 days): $1,000

    Pre-K 4’s (3 days): $1,325

    Kindergarten (½ day): $2,900

    Grades 1-6: $4,650

    Grades 7-9: $4,850

    Grade 10: $5,050

    One-Time Fees:

    $100 Registration Fee

    $75 Testing Fee

    Other Expenses:

    Uniforms: Approx. $200

    Extra-Curriculars: $50 per activity

    Morning Electives: $100 - $300 per course

    Sports: $80 per sport

    Books: Approx. $150

     

    Need-based financial aid is available.  Please ask about a financial aid application when you submit your registration packet.
